This printing technique is perfect for your individual text or clipart. Flock printing is best for single, double or triple coloured designs, but shading of colour is impossible.
The surface of flock printing is a bit elevated, feels soft and velvety and the colours are brilliant. Also, it is very durable and resistant to fading.
All texts or logos are cut out of the special flock foil by a computer-operated plotter. Then, with the help of a transfer press, the fabric and the glue on the back of the foil merge at high, constant pressure and heat.
